Total Cleanse Detoxification

Feeling tired? Sluggish? Lacking energy or vitality? No Get-Up-And-Go?

Odds are your body is trying to tell you something. Everything that happens in the body is either neurological or chemical, which both connect to one another. When something is off, you are likely receiving a message from your body that the chemicals are off. You've been taking in more toxins than your body is able to sort through and the build-up will undoubtedly cause side effects.

In order to move this natural process along, you need to identify the areas where you can improve or help your body with the detoxing process.

Here are some examples:

If you tend to drink a lot of soda, offset this with an increase in water consumption. You should urinate often throughout the day, as this is one of the key ways fluid toxins are expelled.

Do you have a comfy office job where you stay in the air conditioning all day? During your lunch break or after work, go to the gym or run around the block. The sweating is good for your pores, as oily toxins are expelled through the skin.

Are your bathroom trips irregular? Do you go days without a bowel movement? This is another sign that the internal plumbing is a clogged up. Alter your diet and reduce the intake of sugars, starches, wheat and glutin-based foods, and anything processed, canned, or frozen. Focus on natural foods that are high in fiber to stimulate an easier pathway from mouth to... well, you get the point.

There are countless ways to contribute to a total cleanse but remember that this is a full time job, having one of these physical bodies. You don't have to stay away from all your favorite foods and beverages BUT you do have to keep an eye on this so that you can do some course-correcting now and then in small ways.

Each little step is a little bit more help to your body's natural detoxificationsystem.

This time... You Do Sweat It!

Many people take sweating for granted. Many deodorants and anti-perspirants today are made to stop your body from sweating. Sweating is a natural mechanism the body uses to cleanse and remove harmful toxins and parasites that build up in your body by secreting them through your pores. The following step by step guide will show you how to not only sweat more BUT get the most out of every situation to help your body to what it was made to do.

1. First thing you need to know is that Sweating is NOT BAD no matter what the advertisements tell you! If you’re like me, you tend to sweat a lot, which may or may not cause some confidence issues… BUT just know that the more you sweat, the more waste your body is removing. A jog a day keeps the doctor away! :)

Even if you’re not a big jogger or feel like jogging isn’t the best choice for you, try to be active even while you’re at home. You’d be surprised how satisfying it is to not only do housework and spring cleaning, but burn a few calories and detox your pores at the same time.

2. Switch Deodorants!!! Check out the deodorant you’re using and make sure it isn’t an antiperspirant. A deodorant is made to mask the natural smell our bodies put off when we sweat, but an antiperspirant is made to STOP the sweat which is not a good step towards our goal of a Total Body Cleanse.

3. Everything you do burns calories (a nice bonus) and sweating helps in ways most people don’t appreciate or understand. If you’re at home, turn the air conditioner up a few degrees or don’t use it at all. This will allow you a bit of extra sweat time to help cleanse your body a bit more. Let’s say you’re at home and you want to sweat a little while watching TV, you could easily throw on a sweatshirt or Long sleeve shirt to help your body sweat even just a little bit more without fooling with added exercise!

4. Have you ever stayed at a Hotel and wondered why they would have a Sauna room?? Well most people don’t understand the multitude of health benefits a Sauna can provide. A Sauna is helping your body to sweat at an accelerated rate, along with some muscle relaxation. So next time you’re at a “Fancy” hotel, check it out for a few minutes and
see if it helps you feel more cleansed.

5. DON’T be AFRAID to SWEAT! :) One thing about our culture that I
believe is negatively affecting the health of our society is the
advertising that makes everyone believe sweating is bad! It is clearly
not and once you get out and realize how healthy it is to just sweat a
little, you’ll realize the wealth of benefits sweating can truly have.
:)

Let’s do a quick recap of all the benefits sweating can have!

1.Toxin Removal The Natural Way
2.Clearer Skin
3.Healthier Weight Loss
4.Healthier Lifestyle
5.Last But NOT Least… a Happier Soul :)

How To Detox To Fight That Acne

By now you should be familiar with the hows and whys of getting acne. And you've heard that a body cleanse is a good way to keep your body and pores free of toxins that help to stimulate the creation of acne. But what can you do in all practicality to get a total cleanse of the body?

For starters, eliminate harmful dietary choices. Stay away from soda, candy, sugary snacks, complex carbs, processed foods, white bread, and fried food. All of these introduce chemicals to the body that require it to work harder to process, thus increasing the oils on the face and the formation of acne.

Second, add natural sugars to your diet like fruit or fruit juice. Drink a lot of water of course to keep the body hydrated and the detox process fluid.

Finally... exercise and hygiene. Sweating helps to keep the pores clear from the inside out and keeping your skin clean and rinsed aids the skin in processing the oils without reflexively building up pimples to deal with blockages.

Plenty of body cleanse methods exist for you to apply to this as well.

The Toxins that Cause Acne

Acne is a natural occurrence of the body that plagues over 87% of teenagers in America. There are several natural reasons why this is so. However there are also some behavioral factors and lifestyle decisions that can have a massive and lasting impact on the state of your acne.

Diet
It's one of those debates that you hear going all the time because people are stubborn about their beliefs and because science is finding loopholes for anything and everything dietary but it's a fact that certain foods increase the percentage of contaminants in your body and bloodstream, contributing to acne. These include milk and cream-based products, complex carbohydrates which stimulate insulin-related acne growth, saturated fats and oils, and high-fructose corn syrup which is essentially a heavy saturation of glucose or sugar.

Stay away from things like soda, sweets, white bread, milk, butter, and fried greasy foods. These things make your body work on overdrive to keep things cleaned out inside. You'll have to fight this with a good body cleanse.

Hygiene

Contrary to what you might think, blackheads and other acne is not necessarily caused by dirt. It isn't always dirt that you have to clean from your face. It's also the build-up of natural oils and toxins that are actually coming out of your skin! This is why it's so important to keep your face and other areas vulnerable to acne clean and rinsed at all times. It doesn't mean you're a dirty person, just that your body is doing some cleaning. Help it out by removing its waste products from your skin with a good scrub.

Sweating

Many people assume that being clean and in good hygiene means avoiding sweat. This is actually really terrible for you! Remember that toxins and chemicals are being expelled through your skin, your pores. Another important evolutionary tactic our body uses in this detoxing process is to clean out these ports with a good spray. When you sweat, your body is power-washing the very ports that are cleaning your body and in danger of getting clogged. Granted, you have to continue cleaning and rinsing of course, but the sweat generated and pushed through the pores helps to keep the pathways clear.

In short, get some good excercise-- it's good for you anyway!

Why Do I Have Acne?

It sucks, I know.
There isn't a whole lot anyone can say beyond the fact that no one wants acne and it's a shame so many of us have to endure it. But let's take a moment to understand it.

For starters, your body has several ways it cleanses itself and removes unnecessary or harmful toxins. One of which is via the pores. Skin pores allow the body and bloodstream to jettison toxins before they even have to make it to the liver and kidneys, namely oils. This is happening all the time, throughout life. However, at the onset of puberty and the firestorm of new hormones and chemicals raging inside the body, there is an increase in the amount of excess oils in the body that need to be released.

With an extra amount of oil coming through your pores, especially those with larger and more concentrated areas of pore follicles, some clogging and congestion can occur. If a pore gets clogged up by too much oil trying to get our or a foreign contaminant like dirt, the skin does its own natural course-correction to protect itself. It sort of scabs over with what we call a pimple to protect the vulnerable pore that is backed up. This helps the skin prevent infection. It's a lot like a traffic jam at an off-ramp. So the traffic control shuts off the ramp to avoid causing further problems on the overall highway.

This unsightly result can be different from person to person based on genetics, diet, and personal body chemistry.

The important thing is not to feel at fault, alone, insecure, or embarrassed about this because 87% of teenagers have to deal with acne in some form or another. It's a universal thing in the modern age.
